(October 9, 2018, 3:41 pm)Great variety and prices! Very clean shop with private personal experience. Mattie is VERY nice and has a lot of knowledge on gowns. She knows what will look best on your body shape and will do whatever she can to accommodate your wants and needs! I’ve been going to her for years and wont go anywhere else! Any negative reviews are on alterations which she tells you very clearly are not up to her and not associated with her she simply gives recommendations of who to go to! If you have anything negative to say about her or her shop you probably don’t have anything good to say about any business.

I have never had an issue and their customer service is impeccable. I have sent all my family and friends who have all been ecstatic with their customer service as well as the quality of their merchandise. They measure you and the gown comes in perfect. Their prices are great and have dresses for all budgets! Something must be said for the fact that they have been in business over 25 years!!! I love Elegant Bridal and will continue to recommend them!!
