  I had no water during the freeze but pipes were not frozen! Turns out my well pump went. You came out the afternoon I called, diagnosed and replaced the next morning with very reasonable pricing! Thank you so much!!! Would highly recommend you!!!

  We called Bob for a blockage in our line. They were in the area and were here within 20 minutes(We live in Stillwater Lakes, Mount Pocono). They were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The job itself needed more work than anticipated but the price did not change. Very happy I called these guys. They will be my go to from now on for work I need done. ****Also while he was here I asked him to take a look at my pressure tank. Instead of selling me on a unit and service I don't need right now he told me everything was good. Eventually it will need to be changed and they will be the ones to do it.

  For the past 8 years I've had nothing but bad luck with contractors in the Poconos. When my water heater decided to turn my first floor into a swimming pool I had visions of ice cold showers. I called Bob on a Friday night, and... HE CALLED BACK...we made an appointment for early Saturday morning and... HE SHOWED UP - WITH ALL THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT!!!!
  I had hot water in a matter of hours. Have been using him ever since!

  Finding a good person to do any job in the Poconos is extremely hard to do. If your need is plumbing, then my all means GET BOB POCONO MOUNTAIN PLUMBING!!! he's reliable, honest and reasonable . All my friends and neighbors hire Bob... you can count on a well done job.
