  Outstanding Staff, super helpful and kind! Absolutely beautiful office super clean and organized! And a awesome display of glasses! They deserve 10 stars but all I can give them is 5!

  Initially, I was going to rate Advance Eyecare, Dr. Demko's office a four stars because of their online patient's application form, that is very confusing if you are completing the form for a minor dependent child. However, I was blown away, above my expectation by the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism and more importantly Dr. Demko's care and concern for my grandchild. Absolutely Awesome! I would highly recommend Dr. Demko for all your eyecare needs.

  I got glasses a few years ago and they were fine for a while. I recently went to a different local optometrist because I could tell that my vision had further deteriorated. They said I needed glasses for both far away and close up. They gave me progressives for $600. Even after wearing them for 2 weeks I still couldn't walk with them on because it felt like I was stepping off the Grand Canyon and I saw far away better without them on. Also, to use them for reading, my cheaters worked better. Knowing nothing about optometry of course, I went back and kindly begged them just to give me glasses that I could see with. That's when they told me there's actually 3 qualities of progressives, so for $200 more I got the best quality. After waiting another 2 weeks, those lenses weren't much better at all. But I wore them for 2 weeks because the optometrist said again that my "eyes would adjust to them"...but they didn't. I was so disappointed. I went back and the woman in the eyeglass room wasn't happy with me at all, even after I told her how hard I tried to make them work. She said I couldn't have any money back but I assured her I didn't want any money back, just to be able to see. She said they would just do regular (non-progressive) lenses. I got them and was back to seeing no better than with the glasses I was wearing before I went there. Then I went to Dr. Demko. The doctor and his staff are just wonderful. For the eye exam, after dilating my eyes to relax the muscles, they re-did the vision screening. They said that should happen in every eye exam because your vision can change when your eye muscles are relaxed... but the other place never did that. Ready for this? It turns out that I never needed any help with seeing far away because my vision is better than perfect far away! The other place had made the close up vision too magnified, which is why I was petrified to walk with them on. A week after my appt at Advanced Eye Care I picked up my new glasses and I now have perfect vision with them on! They made it SO simple. I trusted professionals because I had no choice, and I found REAL professionals finally at Advanced Eye Care! Praise Jesus!
