(December 17, 2018, 7:49 am)I had them look over repairs that were made at another shop and half the repairs that were claimed done were not. I was walked around my car and shown and explained so I could see for myself. They were patient with my questions and i was able to take my car back to the first shop and spelled out for them what was not done and what needed to be fixed. I will bring my car here from now on.

(December 3, 2018, 11:54 am)No one likes having car trouble while on a family vacation, but the folks at Best Auto did a wonderful job ensuring we could get back on the road in a timely manner. Being that we are not from the Tannersville area, we weren't certain where to take our vehicle for a repair but this shop was recommended to us by a local. Clark was great about keeping in touch with us and letting us know what to expect in regards to the repair costs and time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best Auto to anyone in need of vehicle service.

(October 21, 2018, 10:42 pm)They did a quick check even though they were completely booked. They checked the local dealership and arranged for us to get squeezed into their schedule at the GMC dealership because the dealer had the part in stock. They went above and beyond.

(August 26, 2018, 8:31 am)I was a long way from home when my car broke down, and I have no doubt that there are shady mechanics out there who would be happy to fleece a desperate traveler in such a situation. But Clark and the others at Best Auto were fair, sympathetic, reasonably priced, and they worked hard to make sure I had my car again before my departure date. I count myself as very lucky that I found them.
