Always stay here when I go to the Pocono races! Rooms are always exceptionally clean and the staff is very helpful! They have an indoor pool and a small fire pit out back which is a nice addition! Complimentary breakfast in the morning is also good!
The hotel is in good condition, neat and clean. Friendly staff, close to restaurants, with indoor pool and gym (no weights). Stayed here 2 nights with my kids.
The experience at Fairfield Inn was pretty good. It's a well placed 4 star hotel right off the highway. There's an inviting lobby downstaurs with a 24 hour gym and an indoor pool. The rooms are clean with nice furniture and all the expected amenities.
We (two adults) stayed for two nights on leisure and are leaving today. We haven't been disappointed. The staff (front desk, housekeeping) is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Ben at the front desk is insightful and genuinely friendly, and other staff seem happy to be working together.
The new hotel is exceptionally clean - rooms, bathrooms, windows, shared bathrooms in the lobby, pool / jacuzzi area, and outside fire pits. Housekeeping was even mopping the lobby when it didn't seem necessary.
The complimentary breakfast offers toasts, muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal, and waffles, with an array of juices coffees and teas.
The hotel is within walking distance from strip malls and restaurants. Downtown Stroudsburg is a 15min straight drive down the freeway.
The only complaint is that perhaps rooms on the higher floors (only 4 fls) have slower drainage in bathrooms.
During the week, there is light activity in the hotel as it seems mostly used for overnight business travel. Only a few families were seen during breakfast, but the area is very quiet and there was no disturbance from kids.
We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Very clean and modern hotel. The staff are awesome and very helpful. I forgot my jacket in the room and they called me to tell me that they had it and shipped it to my address. Very grateful for that.
