You are showing disrespect to our service people who continue to protect now, fought and died and are living to protect us. You close for every other holiday, don't you think our veterans living and given their lives should get respect and honor? What a disgrace.
Been a member for many years, the changes with personal are a appauling.
The few staff members from when you started and a few years ago know their job, now those you hire are rude, clueless which makes doing any transactions frustrating. Is this the way you want to be treated? -

Have never had a bad experience from the time I opened an account until now. They will give you loans and refinance your car at a very great rate.
