  Unlike most commercial eye doctors who rush you in & out like a revolving door, Kleinsorge takes the time to sit down and talk to each patient. Although their wait times are a little long, they take the time to go over any and everything needed to suit your individual needs. Kliensorge treats each patient like an individual, they do their best to make sure your needs are met by the time you leave your appointment. I have been a patient of Kliensorge Family Eye Care for as long as I can remember, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The owners Arlene and Dr. Frank Kliensorge are the sweetest people I’ve met & their staff is just as friendly. I HIGHLY recommend their practice to anyone looking for a good eye doctor :)

  although you are there for what feels like forever, please remember it's quality care there not quantity. He is very thorough, yes you are going to wait, but I have waited longer in the er, waiting room and even at regular doctors office. He answers your questions and if you don't understand he will break it down for you. Now there are new people in the front and that is frustrating, but remember you all were new at your jobs once, be patient.
