  This week the closing on the sale of my house in Albrightsville, PA took place. I utilized the services of Kevin Long, Broker/Owner Realty World Long Realty.
  Kevin and his team went above and beyond during the entire process of selling my home in a very difficult market. Kevin was a complete professional in all areas of the selling process. Kevin made himself available for any questions and concerns that I had. I always felt that any issue I had was given his full attention.
  During the negotiations of price and terms I was confident that Kevin always had my best interest in mind.
  During the entire process I was amazed at the level of service I received. Kevin assisted me in issues like referrals for repairs and all other areas. All the people he referred were excellent.
  I have utilized the services of a few realtors in the past and none of them have come close to the level of professionalism and personal touch that Kevin provided. I highly recommend Kevin Long to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

  My sister and her husband purchased a home with Kevin Long. They were very happy with him and recommended him to my husband and I when we decided to look in the area for a vacation home. Working with Kevin was easy. He is unflappable. Since we live in another state, he was able to work with our schedule to show houses when we came into town. We put an offer in on a house that was accepted, but when the inspection came back, and we wanted concessions, the seller wouldn't budge, so that sale fell through. Kevin continued to send us listings, call us with possibilities, and worked with us to find a home that fit all our criteria. He has great recommendations for home inspectors, contractors, and title companies. He made closing in Pennsylvania the easiest closing we've ever experienced. We are very excited to own a vacation home in PA thanks to Kevin. I can't recommend him highly enough.

  Kevin and his team are true professionals. They did an outstanding job selling our place. Our sale wasn’t easy but Kevin guided us through the process. I would recommend Kevin to anyone needing a realtor!

  Excellent experience. Sold property quickly at expected price. Very helpful. Always checked before moving forward to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend this individual.
