I just cannot say enough about Mack and Pete. I was at my wits end with other ac contractors charging me for an ac issue and not resolving it. I was confident Mack was the right guy for the job just speaking with him on the phone, which he answered!. Within an hour my ac was ice cold and has been since last May. I highly recommend Mack snd you won’t be disappointed **********

I had Mack re-do a butcher job on my multi zone ductless system done by Able AC and Heat. Mack also set up our WiFi in the units. He repaired kinks and leaks everywhere also reinsulated copper lines that leaked water all over my ceiling. It took three weeks but at least it was done right. Great work fair price. Be careful who you hire in the Poconos, there are a lot of scammers but I assure you Mack HVAC is not one.

Mack did an excellent job! Were so very happy! He helped with warranty work and replaced a 2.5 ton unit with 3.5 ton unit free of charge under warranty from manufacturer which he documented for us and fought for us!!! I highly recommend Mack for all HVAC work. Over 30 yrs of experience pays off!!!

My Central Air wasnt working, so I went on Google and did a quick search for a local HVAC certified Tech. Mack was at the top of the list. I called left a message and he got back to me quickly. I explained to Mack what the issue was, he was up front about costs, etc. and we set up an appointment the next day. When he arrived he was ready to diagnose the repairs, from the symptoms he knew right away where to check first. As he worked he explained what he was doing and why. He is very transparent. He had the part in stock in the truck ready to go. The repair was made and the system thoroughly tested. While he was there he also volunteered to take a quick look at the heat as well since fall/winter is upon us. He gave the systems a clean bill of health and tips on what to keep an eye on and what maintenance I could do as well. His pricing is fair, and I'm sure there are cheaper guys out there but they typically just throw parts at things until something works. Mack is true technician and has a wealth of knowledge and it shows. Your paying not only for Mack's service and parts but his knowledge. Well worth it and he has a customer for life!
