Had a cleaning done and needed a 2nd visit to finish the cleaning,which she said would cost me sixty dollars and also I would need to have a tooth extracted. That was no problem I was willing to pay the sixty. I called my insurance company, originallyjust to see how much the extraction would cost,and asked them why they didn't cover the whole cost of the cleaning .the rep asked me what type of cleaning I had done,which I wasn't sure. So she called Dr Hamel office to inquire,and not more than a minute later Dr Hamel called me and dropped me from her practice and told me to find another dentist.It makes me wonder why she would be so upset that I inquired about the charges.
