Keeper plumbing is my go to plumbing Company forever. I had frozen pipes and called them immediately Chuck answer and explained he had 25 calls for frozen pipes and he would put me on the list for service but before he hung up he gave me advise on how I could fix the problem . After about 45 minutes of heating up water pump it melted and water came out of relief valve a little more then I would have thought, I immediately called Chuck he answer right away as always and said he would be right over. He fixed the problem in less then 30 minutes he is always amazing. But what impressed me is when he diagnosed and fixed the problem for the water dripping and started thawing pipes he said he could continue to thaw pipes for us or we could save money and do it ourselves. He showed us exactly what to do and how to do it safely. We saved a ton of money because of him, we did exactly what he said and water began flowing within 2 hours. This man had 25 calls ahead of mine and because of his expertise with time management and fielding calls on urgency and having amazing plumbers in his company that he trust to get the jobs done . We could have had a lot of damage Keiper save the day again. This company Is FIVE STARS. This is the third time I used this company with the same results EXCELLENT Suz Tharp
Connor and Brian just left after I had no water for 2 days. Needed a new water pump and my regular plumber was out of commission. They arrived promptly as an emergency call, diagnosed my problem and were in and out in about an hour. They could not have been more efficient, courteous and professional.
Cannot tell you how happy I was with their service.

Chuck and Collin came on an emergency basis on a weekend to replace a water heater that was leaking. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive. When they came they were professional and efficient. In a short time I had a new hot water heater and my house looked like nothing had happened. Great work.
Danny and Conner arrived very quickly to replace my water heater. They were polite, professional, and finished the job in no time at all. I was very impressed.
Chuck was very knowledgeable and quickly removed and replaced a 3/4 hp pump within an hour with the help of Colin. At the work site (my house) on time. Passed along useful information on the reason why the pump may have failed and what to do prior to initial use for household plumbing. Would certainly recommend and use for all my plumbing needs.
