“Didn't know about this place until my wife stopped to grab a slice for my hungry daughter. My 8 year old told me that it was the best pizza she had ever eaten. The next day I got the 2 pies, wings and 2 liter special. One of the brothers took my order and he was very inviting and pleasant to deal with (other places in town act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money, but not this place). I got home and was surprised at how good the pizza was. The sauce and cheese were high quality as was the pepperoni. So many places cheap out in the ingredients and I was happy to find that brother does not. The wings were also delicious and they had blue cheese with chunks of blue cheese in it. I would have liked it if they had given celery strips with it, but not a deal breaker. The soda was great but that was thanks to coke, not them. Will definitely be going here more on pizza night.”

“Went here while on vacation for father day, this has by far been the best buffet I've been to, I am an executive chef and am very picky when it comes to eating at places but my 7 year old daughter wanted to come here. And it was great, from a chefs point of view it was great to see them change out the food for fresher ones and that is rare in the buffet industry. The food also had amazing taste, I was very surprised. It was also a great atmosphere, my family and I had a great time and we will go back for sure.”

“I saw that New Star had received some really good reviews so my wife and I thought we'd give it a shot. Mixed reviews at best. I thought the food was good, not great, but good. My wife is a vegan and she ordered General Tsao tofu. Tofu extra extra crispy with extra broccoli and carrots. The tofu was barely cooked and the veggies soft and soggy. We had to recook the whole shebang when we got home. The folks who run the place are super nice and the prices reasonable. Unfortunately with do many other options in the area New Star most likely will not make the cut.”
