“It's amazing how different banks can be, and it hardly ever gets better than this bank. There are two major things to be said for this bank, the online system they have and the branch itself. The online system gives you all of the details of your accounts going back two years. For deposit transactions you can bring up the deposit ticket, and if you click on it again you can actually see the check that was deposited. You can see the images of all your checks. This is far better than any other bank's system I've used. Inside the branch the same people are there year after year. The tellers work from desks in the bank and the customers sit across from them. The other day, during one of our bad storms of the winter of 2018 I called to see if the Bank was open. I was told they were. Ten minutes later the person I spoke to called me back to say the main office ordered them to close in an hour. So I hurried myself up and got to the Bank before they closed. How many banks are likely to do that?”
