  My daughter was in the market to purchase.
  We arrived to Sussman Honda, and we were greeted in the parking lot by Jermaine Glover, and I'm so very grateful that it was he who helped us with choosing and completing our purchase.
  Jermaine was very knowledgeable of each vehicle we inquired about. And most importantly, very personable and easy to talk to. There were times of discouragement expressed from my daughter, and Jermaine was reassuring, and kept her in a positive mindset and the end result was phenomenal.
  My daughter (21 years old) first attempted a purchase at a competitive dealership, and was almost swindled into a purchase that she would have regret for the next 72 months. It was nothing short of divine intervention that Jermaine was there in the parking lot as we wondered.
  My daughter is so excited about her first major purchase, and she will have a wonderful memory of the experience forever.
  I would like to thank the entire team that assisted in the process.

  A very positive experience. They had an aggressive Internet price (for 2020 Odyssey) which brought us in, and which they honored. We were able to get to a bottom line price very quickly, with a minimum of back-and-forth. Every question, and there were many, was answered clearly and directly. I don’t usually enjoy spending money, but felt we got an excellent product for an excellent price from an excellent group of people. I would definitely return to Sussman and highly recommend this dealership to others.

  Service staff greets you with a smile and a Hello! Service is through, informative of what they are doing and quick. They Keep you posted on how much longer for your car to be finished. Waiting room and bathroom clean/tidy. I’m impressed every time! Thanks

  Always Good service. Service people friendly & helpful. They do their best to get your ready, so you don't have along wait. I've been using their service dept. for a number of years. Good Job! If 5 stars is the best they deserve it. Thanks again for a job well done.
