People in all departments are very nice and helpful, and you can feel that everything and everybody there are to help you with any of your vehicle's trouble, or with your new car purchase. They always go extra mile for your satisfaction and convenience.
I am, as their client from the time they move into the area, very much satisfied with all my vehicles I leased from them and, also, with some troubles I had - like recently with a flat tire that they fixed immediately with a complimentary check and restore all the rest functions of my car for the season. I love it!
(October 17, 2018, 11:21 am)I checked out vehicles online and decided I liked what I saw at Faulkner Nissan Jenkintown, so decided to head on up there and check them out. Immediately, I was greeted by Destiny! She was welcoming, pleasant and great to deal with. She listened to what I wanted, got me in to try the car I wanted and was helpful the whole way through. Everyone there was super helpful and polite, and it made what can be a stressful experience, super easy. I would definitely a) go here again and b) recommend this place to everyone I know.
