  I ordered the humus and pita chips appetizer. It was to die for!! My waitress Heather was amazing. She was so attentive and sweet. Never had to look for her when we needed something. Truly a great server.

  I don't know why I don't think about eating here when I visit the Willow Grove Mall but I'm glad we decided to stop in. The decor is very cool inside, the menu while a bit overwhelming has a lot of really good sounding dishes. I would not have thought a restaurant that serves so many dishes would be able to produce them for quality but I was wrong. I had the chicken and it was cooked really well, moist and tender but fully cooked. Of course I had a piece of cheesecake (Mango) for dessert and wow it was good!

  Okay really why is this place so dark. The lack if light is frustrating.
  
  But once you get past that issue (we use our cell phones to shine light on the menus) it is an amazing restaurant.
  
  There are so many choices and I am glad that no matter which Factory I eat at I can expect the same great food options.
  
  Oddly enough I can here really for the appetizers more than the chessecakes (which are great).
  
  Just please invest in some brighter lighting.

  I ordered off of door dash today and my food was absolutely delicious! They properly prepared the food according to my request. They put the sauce on the side to ensure the food would not become soggy. It was absolutely delicious. My cheesecake was still intact. Did not fall over and begin to get stuck to the sides of the container. PERFECT! Thank you to the individuals who prepared my order/food. I am so thankful that I can use this service and receive great quality, properly cooked food. Ps i ordered the chicken Madeira with the scampi no mash! This is my favorite dish from The Cheesecake Factory!
