(August 9, 2019, 1:53 pm)Hawkins Appliance had repaired the dryer 8 months earlier. Not an emergency, but now our dryer was making ungodly metal-to-metal noises. Mr. Hawkins and his helper came out within 2 days and diagnosed the problem as needing a pulley and special lubricant, which he ordered. At the end of that same week, they returned as promised and within 1/2 hour repaired the dryer. No charge because he takes care of his customers. Gotta give him the highest praise !

(May 2, 2019, 8:28 am)Hawkins Appliance Repair was a splendid technician and saved us quite a sum by fixing the vacuum. The kids ripped out the cord and he said it`s no big deal, but from where I stand, I couldn't use the vacuum, and now I can! Good work!
