We prepped with Keli and Melissa for my high risk birth and they did a great job preparing my husband and I on what to expect. Melissa ended up being the one at my birth and she was amazing. She was hands on throughout the 11 hours of unmedicated labor and pulled out every tool in her Mary Poppins bag to help me with the pain. She also helped advocate for me and my birthing plan and made sure we were comfortable during and after birth. Thank you!
We took the hypnobabies led by Keli in prep for our first child. Keli was a great instructor - we felt very informed and did not once feel like she was pushing things one way or another. It felt very much like she was providing us with the right tools and loads of information so we can be confident in our choices. I opted to go the unmediated route for labor and delivery and really felt like the hypnobabies class equipped me with critical tools to manage the birthing process. I was able to keep calm, focused, and relaxed between contractions using all the techniques learned in class. We also used Keli’s Doula services and are so glad we had the additional support those 20 hours. Cali was our doula day of and we felt like her support was invaluable. She was really in sync with us - providing gentle reminders and cues throughout the day. I really felt like she also worked well with our medical team.
Pregnant with our first baby and not really knowing where to begin, a friend referred me to Keli. My husband and I took private birth classes and post-partum classes in hopes to be more informed, better prepared and confident in decisions we may want to make during our hospital birth. The information Keli provided was extremely helpful. She helped us create birth preferences based on our goals and never once did I feel like she was inserting opinions to change our mind/persuade us in one direction over another. I really feel like this was an invaluable learning experience and I’m so glad we invested the time with Keli!
I love my new nursing necklace from In Harmony Birth!! It’s so nice having something to distract my baby’s hand from scratching and pinching me while nursing...and on top of that it’s actually so cute too! I’m sure the silicon beads will come in handy as a teether later. I love my blue and marble colored one and already got a second one to gift a friend at her baby shower!
Keli's nursing necklaces are amazing. My 3 month old daughter has had her most focused nursing sessions since I've been wearing the necklace. And they're cute too!
