Chestnut Knoll is not only a great place

Chestnut Knoll @ Home cared for my mom for almost one year helping with her daily needs. All the caregivers have been wonderful with my mom and very patient. Anytime we needed something or had a concern I simply had to call the office and things were taken care of. Our family is very thankful for the services they provide.

I have been on dialysis for 6 years now and this year has been really bad for me. I now live alone and basically have no real support from anyone anymore. At my yearly review with my kidney transplant center they were threatening to take me off the transplant list unless I found a way to have some support at home.
Both my dialysis social worker any myself began contacting all the agencies in the area and all of them turned me down for one reason or another. Then I got recommended to Chestnut Knoll. They took the time to sit down and listen to what my needs are and will be if I am lucky enough to finally get a kidney transplant.
Together we worked out a plan that gives me an adequate support system whenever I need it and that also satisfied my transplant center. So Chestnut Knoll has been a real life saver for me now and in the future.
