  I just came from Berks Mont where I had the pleasure to work with Erik Brangalis in service/parts department. This gentleman is a wealth of knowledge. If there is something you are looking for or even if there is something you did not know you needed, he is your man. He took the time to explain to us all facets of the winterization process so we don't have issues come spring when the water is turned on. Any part you need and it is not readily available, he will do his best to get it for you. It was refreshing to go into a camping store and not be afraid or feel awkward to ask any questions.
  Berks Mont Camping is very fortunate to have such an employee that cares about customers. I will continue to go back to Berks Mont because of him.

  We are so happy we decided to visit Berks-Mont Camping Center! We found the perfect Class C motor home for our needs. Hank worked with us on our trade to make the deal work. Liz in the office was very helpful with the banks and negotiating with them to get the best possible terms. The service techs were friendly and knowledgeable when showing us all the features of our RV and the unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived to drive it home. The whole deal went quickly without delay. It was nice to do business with a family owned company and deal with an owner not just a sales person. Hank and his team understand the business, which explains why they've survived in this industry so long. we'd recommend Berks-Mont RV to anyone looking to purchase a RV.

  We are new to camping . We have so many questions all of which are answered with just a phone call. Eric and Eric have been answering everyone! Bob who set up are trailer was also a wealth of knowledge. Thank you everyone.

  Purchased retro 195 trailer 3 years ago and have been very happy. Few minor issues after purchase which were resolved over the phone. Just took trailer back to them for 1st time since purchase to have couple of issues looked at: poor radio reception, screen door not latching, powers jack not working, and needed state inspection. Eric the service manager was very accommodating, made sure all items were repaired at little to no cost and was done in a timely manner. His tech Justin took the time to go over everything and was very helpful and courteous. I live approximately 2 hours from this dealership and would highly recommend you give them a shot when looking for your next trailer or just need service.

  The staff here is beyond outstanding! I come here frequently to get my propane tank refilled on my dog Grooming van. Bob is always very attentive and friendly. He always greets me with a smile and positive attitude. This makes me feel welcomed. And as a women business owner , that’s a big plus in my book! Also, I had an emergency with my furnace not working properly and I mentioned it to Eric the manager, and he had Taylor, Bob & Justin look at it right away! It was below 30 degrees outside and snowing! This means trouble for my van because the tanks could freeze and burst. It literally took Justin minutes to solve the problem and then repair it. These guys are awsome!!! It’s the only reason I will come to this Place due to these guys!!!
  Eric really knows how to manages his crew with professionalism and promptness. Bob, Taylor & Justin are very rare mechanics due to their ability to analyze and solve a problem with outstanding customer care! I will continue to be a customer as long as they are there! I trust them 100%.
