They come to my company to do group sessions and more people keep wanting to join the group because everyone is so stoked about the workouts. I would definitely recommend them!

Not only have I lost over 40 pounds in that time, yes, you read correctly, 40 pounds, I have also learned to look at food as fuel and not as a treat, a social necessity, or anything else that provides an excuse to overeat. The workouts are a highlight of my day, and I can't imagine not working with them, even after I reach my goal weight. The support, encouragement, and relationships developed are priceless. I encourage anyone wanting to be stronger, better conditioned, lose weight, or all of the above to give them a call. I can't say enough great things about either of them. They have truly changed my life.
