  Job well done by James. He came to fix our screen patio door as the latch was not working properly after the terrible storm we had here. The winds were awful and it kept blowing the door back and forth. We are thankful that he was able to complete the job and restore the door back to normal use again.

  A great place to live. We had an issue once with our fridge not running and buildings/grounds came within an hour on the weekend to fix it so our groceries didn't spoil. It's quiet and well kept in terms of the pool, community spaces, etc. I think the wallpaper and hallways are a little outdated but that has no impact on our apt space really and while the parking can be a bit of a pain when I get home from work, it's still easy to manage and deal with since there is so much that's great -- near 2 parks, police are on the same street, can't hear traffic, and fair rent prices.

  Huge personal balcony. The convenience of full sized washer and dryers in your unit. The best views of the sun set or rise. The most peaceful and serene trails to walk or bike. The price of the units are worth every penny. Natures Beauty!!!
