I became a patient of Dr. Baker's about two years ago after moving to the area. My friend recommended the office and mentioned that Sandy is an excellent hygienist as well.
All of my experiences with Dr. Baker and his staff have been positive, despite my fear of dental work. Dr. Baker and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Dr. Baker has followed up with me after procedures himself to ensure I am doing well, and he truly cares for his patients. Lindsey and Sandy, the dental hygienists, are so kind and so talented. The entire office environment is warm and welcoming. I finally feel that I've found a dentist's office where the standard of care is just as impressive as the character of those who work there.
I've been a patient of Dr. Baker for a number of years. He is highly skilled, plus very kind and patient-centered. One of the few providers still available in emergencies, too. I trust him with my dental care and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was looking for a new dentist since I moved to the area, so I decided to schedule an appointment with Marc Baker.
The receptionist was very kind and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Come the day of the appointment, I get a call 15 minutes before the appointment telling me that the dentist is running late and I would have to reschedule for later in the day, or the next day. At this point, I've already lost two hours of work and now I would have to lose another two hours of work the next day. I decided to not go forward with the rescheduling. The receptionist was very apologetic and tried to reassure me that this doesn't happen often. I'm sure he's a good dentist but time is very valuable.
The dentist called to make things right, and I really appreciate that. A lot of times, it feels like the consumer is dispensable. Now, I'm understanding that things happen, but it's not very assuring to have this happen for a first time visit. I'm willing to give them another shot and will update the review again after that.
Dr. Marc Baker is the absolute best!!! I’ve been going to his office for over a year now and once I realized I was in great hands I decided to have him do my Invisalign!!! I’m so so happy with my results and my teeth are perfect!!! It only took me four months to have a perfect smile since he is so good at what he does. I recommend him to anyone!
I have been a patient of Dr. Baker for over twenty years, I have always been totally satisfied with his work. His office staff is kind and very welcoming. Appointments are easy to schedule in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker for all of your dental needs.
