This Dr is extremely thorough and professional. He takes the time that many other Drs do not. He explains exactly what is going on.
Then the professionalism ends. It is very difficult (if not impossible) to work with the Einstein employees who support these offices. It seems that nothing is coordinated between them, it requires many frustrating calls and much wasted time, to finally get any type of answer. It is not just with O'Connor's Office, it is in the entire Einstein system. A shame, with such a beautiful new Hospital, I'll be surprised if they're still open in 5 years.
