I have been going to Dr. Chacha for four years now, and she treats me, my daughters, and husband like family. Every visit she asks about whoever isn't there and puts everyone at ease, even if the little ones don't like eye drops or sitting still. A few months ago, I was having some severe vision issues and she stayed open late so that she could see me at the end of her schedule, then texted me and followed up with me after referring me to a specialist. We love Dr. Chacha!

I'm 75 yrs old and have been treated by many eye doctors over the past 40 years. I went to Family Eye Care when they first opened. Dr Neena Chacha has been the most professional and accommodating of all. She is very caring and friendly.

Dr. ChaCha is amazing! She helped me out tremendously with helping to correct my vision! She saw me right away the next day. I scratched my corneas and was in tremendous pain for WEEKS! She followed up with my care 4 hrs after I got my antibiotics/steroids to make sure they were working correctly (like she was my mother :) - so kind of her.) I’m so grateful for her care, she was easy to talk to, listened to everything I had to say in great detail, compassionate, professional, and overall such a caring/personal person! Thank you Dr. ChaCha! You’re an amazing doctor!
