I just had the pleasure of getting my exam with Dr. Chacha. Her staff was helpful, they took me same day. She was very patient and knowledgeable and if I didn't understand something she explained it. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart. Staff was down to earth and worked with me as far as finances go. Every where else I have been as far as optometrist, I felt like a part of an assembly line. I never felt that here at all. Once again wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
I have been a patient of Dr. Chacha for two years now , and I have to say I am blessed to have her as my doctor. Dr. Neena has a wonderful bedside manner, and is always wiling to explain any medical questions or issues concerning my eyes. I find her to be trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable ,caring and compassionate to her patients. I believe she is a wonderful person and a great doctor. Her employees are helpful ,courteous and her office is clean and inviting. I always feel like I am in GOOD hands when I have my appointments with Dr. Chacha. It's a great office !
