  The service was great. The young man at the parts counter was attentive and extremely polite. The item I purchased was not what I needed and they returned my purchase just as efficient as it was purchased. Great job!

  The tall gay 6' tall heavy set with the Beard the thick beard nice very very very helpful every time I come in there

  Excellent experience. A gentleman named Joel helped me out on a L.E.D. conversion I was tasked with. Very knowledgeable, very professional and very nice. Thanks Napa "and Joel" for the continued excellent service!

  Had a flat tire but managed to get my car to the NAPA Auto Parts at 22nd Street and Thomas in Phoenix. Called for roadside assistance, which would be an hour or more. Employee "Cody" of this store came out and changed my tire for me! It was 112 degrees! Cannot say how much I appreciated his help. He definitely gets 5+ stars. Great Store!

  This is a very unique store, many wonderful things to look at in each booth. Prices vary depending on individual items. I highly recommend checking it out some time. (I would also recommend that you make a pit stop before coming, as there are No Public Restrooms available... And I really wish they would change that. Also, it is Not a good place for small children to be, as there are too many small objects and breakables).
