EXCELLENT EXCELLENT . VERY UNSURE AT FIRST. MY CAR STEREO DIED. NO ONE EVEN THE DEALERSHIP WOULD HELP. MY WONDERFUL MECHANIC RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY. CALLED TO SET UP APPOINTMENT WITH CHRIS. JUST TALKING WITH CHRIS HE KNEW WHAT TO DO. MET WITH CHRIS AND BOY HE'S ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE .SET UP APPOINTMENT AND CAR WAS DONE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THANK YOU CHRIS FOR A WONDERFUL JOB.

Outlet store has great prices and a pretty good selection. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Open 3 days a week. Check hours. A little off the basic trail, but worth the trip.

I had been looking to upgrade my turntable and speakers for a while but was looking for the right moment. I went in just to listen to a pair of speakers. Ken Zelin couldn't have been more helpful. He has great product knowledge and enthusiasm. You could tell he really loves what he does. I walked out of the shop with a new turntable and new speakers because they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I set it up at home and it didn't sound quite right. Ken came out to the house and adjusted the settings and now it is perfect. Thanks Ken and Bob and Ron's. It's only Rock and Roll, but I like it.

Found them online and have developed a good relationship with them.Very cordial, responsive and most importantly helpful and honest. Made several purchases and am completely satisfied with every one.I will be buying from again. I like to buy from the same electronics store after I establish trust,as I have been burned before.World Wide Stereo is my new go to store. I can be a pest too, asking many questions before a purchase, They have answered EVERY question I had and encourage phone contact to make sure you get exactly what you want. I feel this is good old fashioned American Business, not impersonal like New E-- and others that give the impression that they are doing you a favour selling you an item...
