Mike Strauss, the manager, handled the process with great efficiency and professionalism and was very considerate and friendly, even when we had to change move-in dates. The facility is well-lit and clean. It is nice to work with a company and a person who genuinely puts "customer" first in service.
Update: I also want to thank Tori for her outstanding help and kindness she provided when we downsized another unit we leased. We were experiencing a time crunch and her customer service was above and beyond anything I would have expected. Her personality rates five stars. -
