Great Gym for people who don’t like working out and want to lose weight quickly. The 6 Week weight loss Challenge does really work if you stick to the plan and don’t cheat yourself. Lost 35 pounds in 6 weeks. Whole staff is great from Carter,Tim and Tori all of them do their best to help you achieve your goals. If you are serious about losing weight quickly would recommend just be prepared to stick to the diet and go to classes 5 times a week.

Legion Transformation Center is a great place to help you get lean and fit. The coaches are awesome! They have helped me so much. I highly recommend this gym! You will no regret it.

The trainers coach Tim and coach Carter are great,always motivating and correcting your form. I really loved the workouts which changes everyday targeting different parts of your body. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who really want to make changes to their health and well-being

Legion is an amazing gym! I highly suggest It. The coaches care and motivate you. They are always there if you need anything. The people who go are also amazing. The atmosphere is all around great. I used to hate going to the gym I never knew what I was doing. They teach you and cheer for you. I joined six weeks ago and I’m already down 17 pounds. I look forward to getting out of bed and going to the gym, I know I have people who believe in me and It makes It so much easier to meet my goals. From the coaches to the other people who go, motivation and positivity is all around.
