  I have been going to this clinic for two years and have not had a bad experience there yet. Dr. Roman and RN Chris Rodriguez have always gone out of their way to make sure that I got the care I needed.

  I've only been here one twice, but everyone involved was great. I only had to wait 10 minutes or less for my appointments. Great Staff great Drs.

  This clinic has gone out of their way to provide outstanding service. Dr. Roman is truly awesome. She goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. The staff at the clinic is friendly and also wants to take care of you. I cannot say enough good things about the people there. They even have a greeter to make check in smooth. They truly respect you and should be what the rest of VA services strive to be.

  I just want reinforce my original thought here. The staff at Victor J. Saracini Community Based Outpatient Clinic are awesome. Dr Roman is great and always goes the extra mile to make sure you get top notch service. The staff there are friendly and really know what they are doing.

  As always Dr. Roman and staff at Victor J. Saracini Community Based Outpatient Clinic provided me with outstanding health Care service. They are outstanding!!!

  What a great facility to serve our Veterans! The wait times are minimal, the waiting room is spacious and comfortable, clean restrooms and kind staff! Thank You
