Great shop. Joe is very trustworthy & professional
After getting gouged by previous mechanics I started going to Joe's after a coworker recommended him to me. So far I've taken my car several times for minor repairs and inspections and have only had great experiences. They are very reasonable with prices and you can feel safe knowing they will never try to make a repair that isn't necessary. In fact I actually had a tow truck manager and his three employees shadowing him, all tell me a part under my car was completely broken and needed towing to the shop. Joe discovered it was actually fine and didn't charge me for anything but the work he actually did, the biggest sign of an honest hard working mechanic.
Called and explained the issue to CJ. He said it should take me an hour and quoted me a very reasonable price, so we dropped the car off and said see you in an hr. 2hrs later I didn't hear from him so I called. He said it worse than we thought but I quoted you a price so I will honor that. Over 2 hours of labor and honored his price! Its all about honor and that is what Joe's Auto Electric posses. We are now going to go to Joe's for all of our auto needs!
