  Been a member for close to a year and cannot say enough great things. So convenient to be able to run over anytime and not wait around or try and make a class. Great trainers who really motivate me to give it my all. Love that it’s a different workout every day that I can accomplish in 30 minutes. There really are no excuses. Anyone can make this fit into their schedule! This is the most consistent I’ve been working out in my entire life and it’s because I truly enjoy it.

  I never thought I’d use the word “fun” to define “going to the gym”. This is the longest I’ve stuck with an exercise program, ever (7 months so far). The exercises change every day and there’s always a coach there to show you how to do the exercises (or to correct you if you try to do it yourself and aren’t doing it quite right). I love that there aren’t set class times and that you don’t have to go at exactly this time on these exact days; that’s just not conducive to life.

  Amazing workout every time you go, with supportive and energetic trainers that are focused on you throughout the 30-minute high-intensity workout. Love that there are no class times so you can go based on your own schedule, and every day is a new workout so you don't get bored. 9Rounds is the only workout I've ever stuck to for more than 6 months, and you can see the results!

  Just went here today and absolutely loved it! When I save up enough money I’m signing up.. the trainers are so nice and the workout is great! Clean atmosphere and everyone works together and cheers you on! I’ll be back!

  Friendly Trainers! Small and intimate. Everyone knows you. Super friendly. You can start your work out at any time, do not have to wait for classes to start. Great work out for all levels. Clean inside.

I found this place when searching for kickboxing studios in the area and I am so thankful I did. The facility is one big room with 9...
