Hilltop Rental Townhomes

We love living at Hilltop. The homes are very nice and the surroundings are perfect. The management team is top notch!

We’ve lived here since 2015 and it just keeps getting better and better! Brenda, Chris and Javier do a wonderful job of keeping the outside and inside well maintained. Recently we’ve had some upgrades (like Nest thermostats) which are terrific! Our family has lots of friends here and we enjoy the sense of community. I highly recommend Hilltop for families.

Just renewed for a second year. So far it's the best place I've rented in many years. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Neighbors are quite, parking is no problem and I'd recommend hilltop townhomes to family and friends.

Hilltop has been our home since 2006. Yes, a long time!! We really love it here and treat the house and garden space as if we owned it. Brenda, Chris, and Javier are working so hard for all of us here in our community in every possible way. Brenda is an amazing people person and is extremely patient! She really cares about listening to and helping us with concerns. Chris and Javier really work hard to keep the buildings safe, healthy, looking nice, and running properly. Javier has 100% gone the extra mile in helping to explain things as he works. He is really thorough as well. They are amazing. They respect privacy and even call before they stop by to do work. That is really important. All of them go out of their way to make you feel valued, listened to, respected, and safe. They respond quickly to anything you need as well. Brenda, Chris, and Javier do all of this in the face of a pandemic while keeping us healthy! We are truly lucky to be here!
