Just wanna say how Thankful I am to C&J Auto and how glad I am that they were the first call I made after needing my car towed! My car was pretty messed up & I was having a rough day but the guys were friendly, straight forward & accommodating from the start. Kyle made me feel at ease & that my car was in good hands. No run around here, told me to anticipate my car being fixed by the end of the week & found out it was all done & ready to go the day before!! This place is checks all the boxes: top notch, thorough service, helpful, friendly, & oh did I mention, FREE loaner cars!! It's a win win all around, for you, your car & your wallet! Thank you Kyle for your kindness & all your help, I'm adding C&J Auto, Kyle & everyone else there to my list of people to be thankful for, not just at Thanksgiving but all year long! Definitely impressed, I will be returning in the future & telling others about what excellent service & a true blessing these guys are to the North Penn & surrounding community! 😁

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Their marketing director updated a coupon for state inspection and emission so that I could use it, which was amazing. The main room was super clean and the staff - including the owner who was behind the desk and who helped me - was very friendly. The emailed report about the car is very detailed and easy to understand. The final total was exactly as expected. It took about 90 minutes from dropping the car off to picking it up. So, professional & friendly staff, a hands-on owner, clean public areas, excellent value for the work that was done, and great communication both before and after the appointment. Definitely recommended!

I took my new vehicle here to get inspected and to get my license plate covers taken off because the screws were stripped. They were able to fit me in exactly the date and time I requested due to my busy work schedule and had my vehicle ready by the time I needed it back by. Customer service was excellent from Nick and the gentleman who was training under him and they don’t screw you over with pricing (pun intended). I will for sure be back! Happy customer over here!! Had a great experience everytime we took our cars to C&J Automotive in Lansdale. They are very honest - show pictures and really look for the best deal for parts needed. Very detailed. Glad to have a repair shop within walking distance to our house.
