  I go to Kim, their acupuncturist. She is amazing. I have been going to her for about the past 4 years and will continue forever. Not only has she been the one person who ALWAYS helps me with my chronic pain, she is the ONLY one who has truly helped me with PTSD. January 12, 2019 will be my 4 year anniversary of not ever having a night terror and screaming, sobbing and going into a fetal position whenever I see anyone with a knife (stabbing or being stabbed) in a movie or tv show. Kim gave me my life back. I will always be grateful. I recommend her wholeheartedly. I've never used Portolese's chiropractc services; however, Dr. Tammy Portolese has always happily answered my questions and has incredible essential oils and other ways to help her patients. It's also a beautiful place. Thank you all.

  For all you pregnant Mamas out there or anyone struggling with constant nausea. GO GET ADJUSTED HERE. I'm 3 months pregnant and still not over the "morning" sickness. I got an adjustment and for the first time in weeks I'm not laying in bed with a bucket or sleeping on the bathroom floor! Amazing!

  Chiropractic care has changed my life forever! Not only has this amazing facility and staff helped me through injuries, they've also kept me healthy, moving, and injury free for 2 years! Best decision I ever made!

  I've never been to a chiropractor. The staff are friendly and they made me feel comfortable. Plus, I have feeling back in my fingers and my neck has more range than it has had years.

  Portolese Family Chiropractic isn't just a chiropractic office, they are an amazing group of people that work together as a team to help their patients feel the best that they possibly can. It's not just about getting adjusted, they educate their patients on chiropractic and why it's so important, they listen to what you have to say, study the information that they have and determine the best course of action for each individual. They ask what your goals are and do everything they can to help you achieve them. I went in to see them for pain that I was having when I would run. After a comprehensive consultation that included x-rays, we determined that there were a vast assortment of issues that were contributing to the pain that I was feeling. I've been seeing them for three weeks now and the adjustments combined with the active and pressure point therapies as well as the stretches that they showed me to do at home, there's been such a drastic improvement in my mobility, posture and the amount of pain that I was feeling. For as much as they've helped me with the issues that I went in with, there's a mental aspect to it as well. I walk out of the office after my appointment and I'm always in the best mood. They are just so happy and full of energy and the work that they do lends itself to promoting a positive attitude and just an overall sense of happiness, relaxation and stress reduction. Dr, P, Dr. Z, Morgan, Brenda and the entire staff are the friendliest group of people and I'm so happy to be in their care and to have formed such a positive bond with them. There isn't an appointment that I've had, (and believe me, I've had a bunch in short time,) where I'm not laughing with Dr, P or Dr. Z about something! An overall outstanding group of people that want nothing more than to help their patients get back on the right track and achieve their goals!
