  Bekins Transfer and Storage Company moved our business on a very rainy day at the end of December. The rain could have negatively effected the move, but instead was addressed in a positive way by telling us that they could be dealing with snow and ice and they were thankful it wasn't that. They showed up on time and thoroughly reviewed their process for the day. Gabby and Rets were our moving specialists and we couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and superb customer service. They were willing to go above and beyond when given special requests. They were always smiling and Rets joyfully provided singing entertainment as well! Moving a technology business comes with it's own set of requirements as we have clients relying on us for their technology. Rets and Gabby took this seriously and ensured everything was handled with care. Nothing was broken or damaged. At the end of the move they ensured that everything was to our satisfaction before they left for the day. I called the owner of the company the next day to tell him how impressed I was with Gabby and Rets so this praise could be notated in their personnel file. Superior service is hard to come by so I felt compelled to let the owner know. I would highly recommend Bekins Transfer and Storage for all of your moving and storage needs!

  Used Bekins for a very recent move and was very pleased with their service. There had been a scheduling problem leading up to the move but the office staff were incredibly responsive in resolving the issue and making sure everything was taken care of prior to moving day - excellent example of service recovery. Then things only got better when the crew showed up for the move. They were excellent - worked quickly and efficiently, took care with all of my belongings and completed delivery in record time. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so in the future.

  What a fantastic experience with these movers! From the initial meeting to get a quote right down to moving day they were incredible. We had a 3 person crew and they were awesome. The most respectful and careful movers you could ever work with. They finished the whole job in 4 hours and were great to work with. I highly recommend BEKINS to anyone who has a move on the horizon.

  So pleased with my experience thus far with Bekins. From the moment I got my quote they have been great with answering my questions and overall customer service. But the BEST part was the moving crew I got. Three great folks showed up the day of my move and were hands down the greatest movers I’ve had. They were courteous, very efficient (no 8-hour move this time!), and careful with my belongings. I couldn’t believe how fast they were moving considering the fact that my previous movers took all day and took breaks every 30 minutes to smoke. Not this crew! Best ever. I will update my review once my items arrive in my new place. Thank you, Bekins!!
