Just had a hip replacement here. This place outshines all other facilities. The staff is there to take care of the patient to their best ability. I had the best experience ever.
Love this hospital. Got a new hip replacement by Dr. Sharkey, (the best on the east coast). The care I received here was first rate. The staff really cares for it's patients. Pain management, recovery and education is epecially where they excell.

Special shout out to my night nurse Alice who kept me pain free and showed so much patience with me throughout the night. Communication skills are first class. A very special nurse and person.
Kelly and especially Christine for going the extra mile with my physical therapy education and questions multiple times. Even Sharon enjoyed her job and thank you for keeping me well fed and always making sure I got enough to eat and drink.
Finally my angel nurse Dana, I couldn't have made it through my proceddure without her. Thank you for caring about my comfort first. Taking the time to explain everything and your patience with my wife. You were always thinking ahead and further down the road in regards to my pain and well being. You took the extra time with my at home instructions and medications, you're the best. Thank you for caring, I will never forget you.
Ok I'm long winded and big on names. Of my 5 hospital stays in my life, this has to be #1 and special. They're all a team here, work together and put forth so much positive effort and energy for their patients. Job well done Physicians Care.

We cannot say enough about this wonderful surgery center. My appt was at 6: 30 and we were on our way home at 8:45, The staff from the minute you walk in the front door, everyone is very friendly and will go out of their way to take care of your needs, even getting my wife a glass of ice water while she waited. The Drs were among the best i have ever had. Dr Liss took time to explain everything that was going to happen .
As others have said, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, a real "team" attitude and approach. My experience could not have been better. Thank you for making my surgery a positive experience!
The personnel at this hospital are as kind as they are efficient. My experience was as easy as a surgery could be. Amazing communication between everyone who works there. While in the waiting lobby to be called for 'prep,' one worker even came from the back to ask if anyone (not just patients) in the waiting area had any needs or questions. Wow!
