(June 24, 2018, 7:27 pm)Been with them for over 20 years and maybe with some bumps in the road with changes that have been made over the years, I will never leave. Always been paid and been treated like family. All these negative reviews are unreal. A lot of those complaints are invalid as they refer to some agent's, and not Jones Motor itself. Agents are contractors like the drivers. You have to pick who you work with, with caution. If they are so bad, why are there so many contractors, agent's, and office personal that have been there 10,20,25,30, and 50 years? Can't be because they are THAT bad. You all need to go put your big person pants on.

Everyone from the Jones agents, to all the people in the office, these are sincere good people to work with. I had loads, I never had a problem with settlements. Every person in this company treated me like I was a person. I would re-sign with Jones Motor Group in a quick minute.
