I joined anytime fitness to begin working with Marcus and finally take off this baby weight. I am so glad I took the leap and decided to start his fitness program. He forever changed my life!!! He taught me a new, healthy way of living. By making small changes weekly I was able to lose 48 pounds and drop my body fat from 39 to 22. I went down from a size 16 Jean to a size 8!!!! It is not a program that you will be overwhelmed with, it is very easy to make it a part of your every day life. I have been a yo-yo dieter for a long time and this is the first program that has actually worked. If there is anyone ready to change their life for the better Marcus is who you need to contact.
