The duck pond at Haverford College is a favorite of students and neighbors. Come here to watch the Canadian geese and mallards, and the turtles in the pond. It was dredged in the summer of 2017 b/c about 20 years of silt had collected on the bottom of the pond and reduced its depth to 2 to 3 feet from 6 to 10 feet.
As a result the school relocated the turtles and fish. So, I'm not sure what will get restocked in the pond.
