I went to Lankenau Hospital on a Saturday and parked in Lot B. I got a ticket upon entering that you have to take with you inside. You’ll need the ticket upon exiting to put in the kiosk to determine how much you pay. 30 minutes or less is free but I have never made it back out in less than 30 minutes. It sometimes take about 5-10 minutes just to get from my car to my destination. I usually pay about $3.00. I don’t mind paying for parking because I like to care and the network of doctors provided. There was a lot of available spaces. The lot was really clean with the exception of a few wheelchairs in the parking spaces.
