We heard it all. You can get anyone to list your home. Sure, someone will do it for next to nothing. But if you want top tier service, communication throughout, an undisputed reputation and most importantly a sale? Maxim is up there with the best. We had some challenges going in with our property but Max put together a plan and delivered on everything promised. We felt confident that if the property didn't sell, it wasn't going to be from lack of effort on Max and his team's part. No service was sparred, from the profession photos and video tours, exterior drone shots, open houses, personal showings, and IG/FB marketing campaigns. The attention to detail was noticeable in every aspect of the process.
