  I would recommend Shannondell because you get excellent care. The PT/ OT is wonderful, and the food is outstanding. The entire staff, especially the nursing staff, always greet you with a smile. I was here prior to this visit and my care was so good that I came back, I am a repeater. I'm on a lot of different life sustaining medications and the nurses/ doctors are very thorough with administering them correctly. The rooms are extremely clean. Should I need it, I would definitely come back again!

  I like shannondell a lot, I've been here 5 times. I enjoy the food, the people, and everything about it. I certainly would recommend this facility to friends/ family.

  My Father in Law needed to be taken care of for about 6 weeks after he acquired an infection in his back. This facility was highly recommended by the hospital he was in as well as his Doctor's.
  
  He needed IV antibiotics and the nursing and therapy staff in this facility were outstanding. In fact, everyone that he came across was genuine, they were always smiling - all the way down to the lady that greeted us at the front desk. Surprisingly, even the food was really, really good - they served things like lobster, pork tenderloin and prime rib.
  
  Early in 2019, my FIL is going to have his knee operated on and if he isn't able to go home right away, we absolutely know where he is going to go for rehab.

  I am not one to take the time to write a review ever but...I have to give kudos to Rehab at Shannondell! Both myself and my husband had stays at the Rehab facility after major surgeries! The staff could not be more helpful and pleasant! The experience starts as soon as you enter the place with a warm greeting from the receptionist! The rooms are private and very spacious and sparkling clean! Housekeeping came in every day and straightened up my room and bathroom and they could not be more pleasant! The nurses and aides that took care of me were compassionate, knowledgeable and respectful, you could really tell that they love their jobs! All of the therapists we encountered were also amazing! Both the nurses and the therapists really take the time to get to know your individual needs. The food was also unlike anything I ever imagined it would be. I was anticipating hospital like food however the meals were five star! My husband had an issue with taste from being intubated after surgery and had a hard time eating at the hospital but not once he arrived at Rehab! The dining staff are also very courteous and sweet. We would both recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehab! It is by far the best in the area! We would both return!

  The food is great. Staff pleasant and helpful. Surroundings second to none. Would definitely recommend friends and family to come here for rehab.
