  Steve and his team at Classic Coachwork have consistently provided me with high-quality and timely repair work over many years. I first used Classic Coachwork after moving to the area in the early 2000s and a few time since then. I have also recommended to friends who have also been very pleased with the repair work Steve and his team provided to them.
  
  Classic Coachwork in Collegeville is the only place I will let perform body work on my vehicles.

  I was referred to Classic Coachwork in Collegeville after I hit a buck in November 2018, I had some pretty significant front end damage and the Volvo dealer assured me that Steve and the team would be the best option for the repair. In the end, the guys at Classic Coachwork were straightforward and found some damage the adjuster missed - unfortunately after that false hope from my insurance company, that damage led to my car being totaled, which was untimely and upsetting. Steve was able to help me get through the whole process and supported me getting the right and fair value for my car. Steve really was the help I needed not only for his candid info but his really helpful and outstanding customer service.

  Super friendly and professional, very considerate and paid attention to the details. My car looks perfect now and they even washed it afterwards (definitely a pleasant surprise).

  Great job. Professional and fast. Fixed our sideview mirror after being sideswiped. Up front and honest about pricing too.

  I was devastated when I hit a deer this fall 10/2018. My 2015 428i BMW had some pretty nasty damage to the front bumper/hood/headlight. This was my second accident this year, and the thought of having to go through the process of dealing with my insurance and another auto body shop (terrible experience with the past shop), had me anxious. I spoke to the BMW dealership, which recommended Classic Coachwork in Collegeville. I filled out a request on Classic Coachwork website, and received a call back within the hour from a very kind man named Steve. Even though my insurance did not have his facility listed as a preferred site, and required an adjuster to come to his facility, Steve made the ENTIRE PROCESS so easy. He arranged my rental car with Enterprise. He dealt with my insurance company multiple times upon discovering additional damage after disassembling the vehicle. Steve even went above and beyond to customize my front grill (was completed destroyed by the deer, and I asked him to make the new grill black), which ended up being a silver lining for me through the process. When I picked up my car, it was washed, clean inside and out, and looked even better than before the accident. As I stated, in the past I have had terrible experiences with auto body shops, and Steve reassured me there are quality facilities out there with outstanding customer service!
