I have been with Wellsfargo for over 20 years and with Key Bank for under 10 and hands down Keybank (this branch) is the best customer service I've experienced. I don't feel like a number, They know me as soon as I come in, all very friendly. I miss Fran and William but Crystal has been very helpful thus far, she is very welcoming and proffesional .

(June 13, 2019, 5:02 pm)Fran is the most customer focused bank manager I've ever met. I've been with them for 20 years when they were first Harleysville bank and then First Niagra. Don't like the bigger banks, but Fran gives me such incredible customer service, it still feels like a small bank. If you own a business or need real customer service, can't beat this branch.
