  This agency has far exceeded my expectations as an insurance company. They really make each of their customers feel like a good friend and go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Whenever I call the office to pay a bill or need a document, it is nothing but a pleasant, effective conversation and they ask all about my family and know everyone of my family members by name. I have been with a few difference insurance companies up to this point but never one who has had an office full of people who cared on both a professional and a personal level about my needs. I am definitely sticking with the Ray Willoughby State Farm Agency!

  I have been with State Farm for about 11 years and with the Willoughby agency for the past 10 years. No matter who is at the office or on the phone, I receive top notch service. If I need a card or dec page, I get an immediate response. If I am ever late on a payment, they courteously remind me and get me back up to date to keep my policies in force. I have homeowners, life, jewelry, mutual funds and auto policies through this agency and I trust them like they are family.
