Love it my mom always got me shoes from here since I was a kid and their collections grew so much over the years and their app has the best rewards program ever and so many good deals always online and in store I just got 2 paid there for 70.00dollars thanks.

It’s not always easy Buying shoes for 3 kids with 3 different styles!
It’s even more challenging trying to shop on such a low budget especially now that 2 of the 3 are sized in mens & automatically priced higher to begin with! It’s an all around chore lol!
That being said, Famous footwear is not a place I shop bc it’s undoubtedly pricier! However, I have a gift card so I went in! I looked & I searched mens, kids, youth, the clearance! The better half of the day was gone trying to find something, anything! Seriously it was damn near impossible but I wasn’t leaving empty handed after investing that much time lol! They had a big 25% off sign so I figured I’d order the one shoe in the size needed, pay in person to receive the discount & get the other pair they did have! 25% off the total, still really pricey but both kids will have shoes… Nope, that 25% is considered already & reflects the current price u see?
I’m half embarrassed, half frustrated, my anxiety is raising & Im starting to sweat bc theyll be closing soon & I know these woman are probably irritated… Well, let me tell you if they were, they never let it show! I was treated with such kindness & understanding! They showed such a level of pure professionalism you rarely see these days especially when it comes to store associates & cashiers! I left that store pleasantly impressed! Now I stand by my statement, the pricing is high & it may not be my go to store at this point in my life but I can guarantee I will go back bc of those woman (Milissa & Shelly, I believe?) The way you are treated definitely matters & it makes a huge difference when ur handing over something that doesn’t come easy & u know u work hard for! I just wanted to take the time to leave my experience & give my opinion bc those two employees made all the difference & deserve a bit of recognition :)
