(November 16, 2017, 11:06 pm)I am thankful they're my local agent! I had a major claim, with major problems, and injuries, but they made it less major. Because the other company, " internet company", was taking their time investigating my claim, their driver ran the red light, I had to go through my policy. My car was totaled and I received a check that was more than I had anticipated! Pretty sure the other co. would not have paid me this much! I'm able to buy a new car and they will fight for my deductible back.
