  Retro has the basic equipment you need at a reasonable price. Some front desk workers are great, others not very friendly.
  
  Update based on Retro response: I think my 4 star rating was on the generous side. If you want to earn the 5th star, try actually performing maintenance on equipment (in particular on the cable machines) and replacing broken equipment in a timely manner (it was 4-5 months for the broken leg extension machine to be replaced). Also consider keeping the gym open later at night or 24/7.

  The instructors for HIIT (Michelle), Power Pilates (Beth), Zumba (Farrah), Body Blast (Jessica) and Cardio Strength (Reggie) are just great. They really give you a good workout, have tons of energy, really motivate the class and get creative so the class doesn't get boring.
